Three persons were on Wednesday arraigned before a Makurdi Magistrate Court for allegedly destroying coconut and palm trees on farms, belonging to the Senate President,David Mark.
Police Prosecutor, Inspector Moses Akor charged the trio with conspiracy, unlawful possession of firearms and mischief.
The trio which were named as Edo Agida, Echeije Agida and Adah Onmonyi did not take pleas for want of jurisdiction.
Austin Ityoyiman, Chief Magistrate granted bail to the accused in the sum of N20,000 each and a surety. The case was adjourned the case to October 9 and transferred to Magistrates’ Court I in Otukpo. (NAN)
