British Local Emergency Authorities on Friday said 32 people were injured as a double-deck bus crashed into a tree in Kennington, near the Imperial War Museum in South London.
25 sustained cuts and bruises in the accident while five suffered more serious injuries, such as head and leg injuries according to the London Ambulance Service.
The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained and that the police are viewing closed-circuit television footages from inside the bus.
The police denied the initial witness reports suggesting that the bus swerved to avoid a car.
