Denver St. Clair, a 58-year-old Oklahoma man on Dec. 21 died after having the waistband of his underpants pulled up his back and over his head by Brad Davis, his 33-year-old stepson says Oklahoma authorities said on Wednesday.
“The waistband of his underwear was around his neck,’’ Pottawatomie County Sheriff Mike Booth told the Oklahoman newspaper.
Brad Davis told investigators that he had delivered ``an atomic wedgie’’ to his stepfather after being attacked by the older man, Booth said.
The state medical examiner ruled the death a homicide caused by blunt force trauma to the head and asphyxiation.
St Clair appeared to have been in a fight.
Davis was remanded late Tuesday pending homicide charges, police said.
