Yoruba actress, Funke Adesiyan has won the Oyo state House of Assembly primary election on the platform of the All people’s Congress (APC).
The beautiful actress walked away with the APC House of Assembly ticket on Tuesday.
Funke becomes the second politician from the entertainment industry to win a primary election after Desmond Elliot sets the pace by winning the APC primary election for the Lagos state house of assembly.
However, several other entertainers have not been so lucky as 9ice, Dayo Adeneye D1, Kenneth Okonkwo and several others failed to clinch the primary elections tickets in their various parties and states.
