Nigeria's former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar said he is sad over the latest bomb attack that occurred on Tuesday in a Mosque in Mubi, Adamawa state.

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) had put the figure that 15 people died with 20 injured in the latest bomb blast which occurred on Tuesday morning

The attacker was said to have suddenly bumped in to the mosque located in Anguwan Shuwa ward and detonated the explosive.

While sympathizing with the people of Mubi, Atiku called for vigilant and togetherness until the country is safe .

He said: “We must remain vigilant, work together until all of us are safe.

“I’m sad. Sad about the bombing in Mubi.

“I pray for our people affected by this incident, but I know that is not enough. We must remain vigilant, work together until all of us are safe”.
