The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), yesterday shunned the Federal High Court order that the re-run poll for Numan, Demsa and Lamurde Federal Constituency should be put on hold pending the determination of the suit against INEC by KOWA party and its candidate Barr. Laori Biturs Kwamoti, is determined.
However, the commission conducted the re-run poll, which recorded low turnout.
