Following the horrific accident that fell on Nigeria two days, the bomb blast that claimed over 70 people’s lives and left over 120 in pains, the president of the country, President Goodluck Jonathan has gone a head with his so called PDP unity rally.
Jonathan, who earlier on Monday cancelled his trip to Olubadan’s centenary celebration, went ahead on that same Monday to Kano for his rally.
However, some groups from the north have described Mr. President’ vivit to kano as the ‘height of insensitivity and callousness.’The spokesperson for the Northern Elders Forum, Prof. Ango Abdullahi, and Dr. Junaid Mohammed, they said, the President had only demonstrated his disdain for human lives.
