The former medical doctor to ailing Danbaba Suntai, governor of Taraba State, Dr Zakari Aliyu, yesterday failed to turn up at his hearing by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) Disciplinary Tribunal.
Dr Zakari Aliyu, who was also the chief medical director of Taraba State Specialist Hospital, is undergoing trial at the MDCN Disciplinary Tribunal.
He is facing a one-count charge of professional misconduct for leaking information about Suntai’s health status which is against the medical ethics.
