Metro Almajiri Children Tortured, Chained In Nasarawa Quranic School [PHOTOS]

Some not-too-good-to-behold photos have surfaced on the internet of the maltreatment meted on Almajiri children in a Quranic school in Keffi, Nasarawa state. Reports say the children who are reportedly less than 8 years old were beaten, tortured and even bound in chains as punishment.

The photos were shared by Umar El-Faruk who described the alleged maltreatment in hausa language.

Just imagine! Innocent children. Nigeria of today can be likened to the Hobbesian state of nature where life was solitary,brutish,nasty and short.
