Sahara reporters says that Ekitigate investigation still ongoing and Fayose isn't in the clear.
The newspaper has reported that despite the Supreme court throwing out APC's case against Ayo Fayose (where the party alleged that Fayose contested with forged academic certificates among other things, using those as a basis to call for his impeachment as being unfit to govern), it does not exonerate Fayose from facing criminal charges for the role he is alleged to have played in Ekitigate or the ongoing impeachment proceedings in Ekiti state.
