Politics Analysis: How Jonathan Will Win in 28 States, Buhari in 8 - Okupe

President Jonathan's Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs, Doyin Okupe has psted on Facebook his 'analysis' of (presumably) factors that will see to it that President Jonathan will win in 28 states while Buhari will win in only 8 northern states in the forthcoming presidential elections.

He said, “With 60-65% voters turn out, President Jonathan will win the popular votes of between 2 to 4m votes”.
