The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the restriction on human and vehicular movements in two local government areas in Anambra State during today’s supplementary governorship election.
A statement from the Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Professor Chukwuemeka Onukaogu, in Awka on Friday, named the local governments as Idemili North and Onitsha South.
