President Muhammadu Buhari’s anti-corruption campaign has been bedevilled by scandals and rumours of scandals in recent times.
The list has just been lengthened by a contract scandal in the ministry of defence which has landed a brigadier-general in military court, according to an exclusive from The Cable.
