Col. Sam Inokoba, former Chairman of the Bayelsa state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) is dead.

Before his death, Inokoba had procured a nomination form to contest APC’s governorship primaries.
According to OPINION RIVER, the cause of his death is still unclear with some reports claiming food poisoning while others claim he died in his sleep.
