As it has become apparent that Buhari has emerged the APC Presidential candidate, we review a ThisDay report that says the 12 APC governors who endorsed Buhari for the win yesterday did so to create a 'bandwagon effect' whereby others would follow suit in choosing the perceived 'winning horse.'
