Politics APC ready to uplift nation through development programmes, says Al-Makura

Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa, touted that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is ready to effect and cast augmented effects on the elevation of the democratic standards and to uplift the positive amendments in the democratic illustrations in the country. He was talking to journalists, after forum of some APC governors and members of the National Assembly (NASS) here in Abuja. Tanko affirmed the importunate role of democracy and said that there is need to inculcate the fact the the global democracy cannot be improved unless we implement the democratic values inside the local institutions.

He said that the forum is not merely a lip service and now it will be a "monthly affair". The governors and some members of NASS are really spirited to keep the democratic values in order to make the country perfectly peaceful" explained Tanko while depicting the summary of the forum meetings. He said that there will be regular meetings and forum events to educate parties about democracy and its importance.

Tanko also put some torch on the way forward and said that the forums are not looking at the bad side of the picture. They are affirmative and looking to integrate different parties at the service of humanity for better results. "We are looking criminality aspect of the matter" and we plan to move forward no matter how much the situation worsens", said Tanko.

Some competent members who attended the forum meeting included Sen. George Akume, Rep. Ahmed Datti and RepPeterson Akpatason.
