The All Progressives Congress (APC) has condemned any attempt to enshrine oil benchmark in the nation’s legal statue or the national budget as it has no place in the constitution.
Speaking yesterday after a reconciliatory meeting with stakeholders of the party in Adamawa State, the interim National Chairman of APC, Chief Bisi Akande, said the issue of setting oil benchmark was an illegal act, which should not be considered.
