THE Ekiti State chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC) has declared that its members might resort to self-help if the Police fail to curtail the alleged persistent siege on its members by suspected Labour Party thugs.
At a press conference in Ado Ekiti on the lingering crises between the two parties in the last two weeks, the party’s State Chairman, Chief Jide Awe, alleged that the LP has made his members object of attack in various towns across the state .
Awe alleged that his members and property worth several millions of Naira belonging to APC have been destroyed by LP members during attacks on the party in Ipole Iloro, Aramoko, Okemesi, Ikogosi and Erinjiyan Ekiti, all in Ekiti West Local Government Area of the state.
