Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola has described the excessive sharing of money, food and gift items by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, during electioneering as an insult on Southwesterners.
He said this on Tuesday at an All Progressives Congress, APC, mega rally held in Ijesa South Federal Constituency, ahead of the August 9 gubernatorial poll.
The governor stated that it is morally wrong for the PDP and its candidate, Senator Iyiola Omisore, to lure the electorate with food and money because of the desperation to oust the current administration.
