By Boluwaji Obahopo LOKOJA —A Kogi State High Court sitting in Lokoja, yesterday, struck out the assassination case involving the state Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria, ALGON, Taofiq Isa, and four others for want of diligent prosecution.
