Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose, has urged President Mohammadu Buhari to withdraw and represent the 2016 appropriation bill to the National Assembly, describing revelations that the document had been doctored as a national embarrassment.




Here are few reasons why President Mohammadu Buhari should withdraw the budget and accept responsibilities according to the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose ...

- Avoidable errors in the budget and that the President should do the needful by presenting a new and credible budget to the National Assembly

- revelations by the Health Minister, Isaac Adewole, that the proposal drawn up by the ministry and submitted to the budget office had been doctored

- The budget is a national embarrassment owing to various miscalculations and inflated figures.
