Labour Party (LP) Governorship candidate, Hon. Opeyemi Bamidele, betrayed emotion as slain LP member, Folusho Ogundare, was buried.
Ogundare was felled by bullets on November 3, 2013 when some assailants believed to be sympathetic to the ruling party in Odo Emure Area of the town shot him.
A serving member of the State House of Assembly, Hon Kehinde Boluwade, and five others are currently standing trial over their alleged complicity in the murder of deceased.
