On Thurday at about 17pm, 14 persons were reportedly killed in an accident involving the convoy of Bauchi state Governor, Ibrahim Dankwambo.
According to THE SUN, Bauchi Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) DSP Haruna Mohammed, in a statement said the accident occurred about 7 pm yesterday along Bauchi/Gombe Federal highway in Alkareri LGA. Mohammed said three Hummer buses and a motorcycle were gutted by fire.
The police spokesperson said the accident is still under investigation.
