NIGERIA - Things have taken another turn in Bayelsa after gunmen attacked the home of President Jonathan's senior special assistant on Domestic Matters, Dr. Waripamowei Dudafa.

The gunmen destroyed the safe in one of his rooms and carted away money and other undisclosed items.

While Dudafa himself was absent during the raid, family sources say the gunmen kept asking for his whereabouts.

The ten-man gang were dressed in police uniform, say eyewitnesses, noting that the attack was politically motivated.
