Senator Ben Murray Bruce has reacted to the surprise visit of Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, to Nigeria.

I don't subscribe to government empowerment. Many of the beautiful innovations today are without the interference of the state - but individual abilities making way for them.

But, how many youths has Mr Bruce empowered?

It's bad enough if government won't empower its citizens but what do you say if government frustrates the efforts of others who want to empower its citizens?
