Following his inability to offset a £400 debt, a 25-year-old British-Nigerian Nigerian-British man, Olamide Fashina, also known as Ben has been murdered by a five-man gang at a Thamesmead housing estate.
Late Mr. Fashina, a, inspiring artiste known by the monicker, Trigger was allegedly chased by five men armed with knives and a hacksaw.
He was eventually cornedred in an alleyway and stabbed in the chest after which his assailants fled the scene.
Attempts to revive him by paramedics proved abortive as he was eventually pronounced dead at the scene of the crime.
Speaking on his death, Ben’s uncle, Samuel, said: “He was a very respectful boy. I’m so shocked, I wouldn’t have expected this ever. He was only 25.
