Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), Nigeria's former military ruler and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC; was absent at the North West Zonal Rally of the All Progressives Congress ( APC) in Sokoto on Monday.
Five APC governors and its national Chairman, Chief John oyegun, were however, in attendance.
They are Governors Aliyu Wamakko, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Abdulaziz Yari, Roachas Okorocha and Adams Oshiohmole of Sokoto, Kano, Zamfara, Imo and Edo states respectively.
