PRESIDENT-BUHARI President Muhammadu Buhari will on Monday depart for Accra, Ghana, to attend the country’s 61st Independence Anniversary holding at the Independence Square on Tuesday. The President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, made this known in a statement in Abuja on Sunday.
