A chieftain of the APC in Ekiti state, Engr. Kayode Ojo yesterday cautioned those calling for the resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari on the grounds of ill health to do it with human face and avoid denigrating a president for falling sick while in office.

Ojo, who described the protest as constitutional, however, cautioned that the President could not resign on "mere sickness."

Ojo stated this in Ijero Ekiti on Friday while declaring his intention to vie for the governorship seat of the state in 2018.

The governorship aspirant urged the citizens to support restructuring that would bring positive changes and not those that will cause cleavage in terms of ethnic and religious compositions.
