According to Governor of Nigeria's apex bank, Godwin Emefiele, President Muhammadu Buhari didn't exempt any MDA from remitting to the Treasury Single Account.
President Buhari had ordered that government accounts with commercial banks be moved into a Treasury Single Account (TSA) where government revenues would be remitted henceforth.

However, after the CBN's MPC meeting on Tuesday Emefiele said "no organisation has been exempted from the TSA," Reuters reports.
He also warned that Nigeria might slip into recession next year unless measures were taken to boost growth in the country.
