President Muhammadu Buhari has forwarded a requested to the National Assembly seeking approval for a sum of N180.8 billion as a virement to fund shortfalls in the 2016 Budget.
Virement is an administrative transfer of funds from one part of a budget to another.
The request is said to cater for NYSC, IDPs, feeding of Police cadets, unity schools and others.
