Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has challenged the Personal Assistant on social media, Lauretta Onochie over statement on those calling on his principal, President Muhammadu Buhari's resignation owing to his health status.
Onochie, had on Monday, described the call on President Muhammadu Buhari to disclose his health status and resume or resign as disrespectful and insensitive.
She stated this when she appeared on Channels Televisions’ Politics Today on Monday.
But Fani-Kayode in a series of tweets on Tuesday said Those that say that we are crossing the line when we call on @MBuhari to either resume or resign have been unhinged by the power that they wield and the spirits they consult in the Presidency.
“Those that say that it is disrespecful to ask about our President's health dont just need a comprehensive face-lift becos of their repulsive physical challenges and debilitating ugliness: they also need a brain transfer because of their compelling and nauseating ignorance.
“We are citizens and not slaves.
“We have every right to ask about our President's health”.
