The Lagos state chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, has backed the sacking of Venerable Femi Taiwo, the Presiding Chaplain of the Chapel of Christ the Light, Alausa.
According to CAN Chairman, Apostle Alexander Bamgbola, Taiwo was hired by the Governing Council of the chapel, adding that the body also reserved the rights to sack him.
"The matter is under control. The church and the government are handling it," he said according to Punch.
