Nigeria - Popular musical artist, David Adeleke, aka Davido has apologised to Ovation publisher Dele Momodu and his fans for his outburst over the baby abduction hanging around his neck.
Davido and his sister, Ashely, had on Tuesday been stopped from travelling to Dubai with the child by immigration officials at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in response to a petition by Sophia that the child had been abducted.
“Mr. Dele Momodu I Apologise but …U didn’t have to…,” the artist, who had engaged Mommodu in a war of words, tweeted.
"Love to my supporters And to those bashing me THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT !Even if I don't keep her she will grow up and know I fought for her.."
"ALL THESE LIES BEING PUT ON ME ... NO BE TODAY ... I HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY BUT IN RESPECT FOR MY DAUGHTER I WILL KEEP QUIET .. I APOLOGIZE," he tweeted.
