Politics Ciroma, IBB can’t stop Jonathan in 2015 – Presidency -Punch

The Presidency on Sunday said prominent northern leaders, including Alhaji Adamu Ciroma and a former military dictator, Ibrahim Babangida, could not affect the chances of President Goodluck Jonathan in the 2015 general elections if he decided to contest.

Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Mr. Ahmed Gulak, said this in an interview with our correspondent.

Aliyu has no list...empty talk. If he had a list, he would have published it since. The North that has ruled Nigeria for so long is just pissed that a southerner from a minority group can be president.

Northerners and power, they cannot dictate what happens in Nigeria or who runs Nigeria is for everybody. Anybody can run, like he said ballot box will determine the winner(yeah right), its not a matter of ethnicity, performance should speak.

If not maybe we should divide the country which will be bad for everyone
