A 46 year old bricklayer by the name Chukwudi Ugankwo has been apprehended by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), after he had tested positive to drug ingestion at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos State.
Ugankwo had ingested 2 kilograms of cocaine that had been wrapped in 83 packs. He now holds a dubious record of having ingested one of the highest amounts of illegal drugs in 2013.
The father of four and native of Alor village, Anambra State had been arriving from Brazil when he was caught. He was “recruited” by drug agents who now go to villages to find drug carriers.
