President Muhammadu Buhari and Senator Shehu Sani representing Kaduna central senatorial district on Tuesday exchanged words shortly after the 2018 budget presentation.
Mr. Buhari, according to the Senator described him as 'comrade the fighter'.
Nigerian Bulletin recall that Senator Shehu Sani had during the President's sick leave portrayed the Buhari's administration as that of the Lion kingdom.
Shehu Sani was also the head of the Senate committee that indicted former Secretary General of the Federation, Babachir Lawal of wrongdoing in the North-east contract scam.
He had also described the President of using deododrant to fight corruption within kitchen cqbinet and uses insecticide on others outside the cabinet.
Senator Sani while commending the President for a good budget presentation said: “ On a lighter note, the President on his way out, along the aisle called me "Comrade the Fighter" and I conferred on him " The Lion King".
