Justice Olusola Williams of the Special Offences Court, sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, on Friday convicted a businessman, Barnabas Johnson Akojie in absentia for offences bordering on forgery, stealing, obtaining by false pretence and fraudulent conversion to the tune of $149,950.
