A family court sitting in Akure, the Ondo State capital, has sentenced a man, Praise Akinloye, to three years’ imprisonment with an option of N250,000 fine after being found guilty of having unlawful sexual intercourse with an 11-year-old girl.
It was gathered that the 35-year-old man was arrested by the men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps after he had committed the offence at FUTA South Gate area of Akure Magisterial District between February 26, 2018 and March 13, 2018.
