Metro Court Orders Nigerian Navy To Pay Bricklayer N75m For Illegal Shooting And Torture - The Guardian

The Federal High Court sitting in Calabar has ruled that the Nigerian Navy should pay N75m to a 39-year old bricklayer, Mr. Etim Asuquo Akpan, as damages for illegal shooting and torture.
