I have just seen this report on the Time magazine website but it was originally from the Tokyo times. In summary, a wife wanted compensation from a nightclub hostess who was having an affair with her husband.
The court ruled that she was not eligible for compensation, which is fair enough, but the 'kicker' is the reasons to deny the compensation; the hostess was doing it for business reasons.
