Koko master, D'Banj who was scheduled to appear in court on January 26, 2015 at the Multi-door Courthouse in Obalende can now heave a sigh of relief as the case has been adjourned due to the on-going strike of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN).
The legal bout between the DB Records boss and Mindhub Technologies bearing suit number: LD/ADR/445/14 will be rescheduled at the end of the strike.
The JUSUN strike has lasted for three weeks now with no sign of any resolution yet.
Meanwhile, D'Banj has scheduled a show on January 31, in Lagos to celebrate his 10th year anniversary in the Nigerian music scene.
