Delta state governor, Ifeanyi Okowa has expressed gratitude to the people of Delta Central for the role they played in delivering Peoples Democratic Party, PDP candidates during the election.
Speaking to URHOBO TODAY via telephone, the Governor said it gladdened his heart that PDP got the majority votes in Delta Central during the elections thereby delivering their candidates into the various positions vied for.
Okowa also used the avenue to call on those who contested the governorship election with him which include Chief Great Ogboru of the Labour Party, Chief O’tega Emerhor of Alliance for Progressive Congress (APC) and others to come together and form a unity government.
