Fresh from last weekend's World Relays in Bahamas where she led the Nigeria 4x100m relay team to finish fourth,Okagbare registered a good run to place second in Eugene.
In a line up that is stashed with an embarrassment of talents,the surprise win of the night came from Torie Bowie who finished with a time of 22.18secs,with Okagbare trailing in second and USA's Allyson Felix finishing third in the race.
The Nigerian athlete finished with a personal best of 22.23seconds ,crossing the line even before the World Champion Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce,and also African compatriot,Murielle Ahoure.
