Manchester City forward Edin Dzeko has sounded a note of warning to the Super Eagles defenders ahead of their clash at the 2014 FIFA World Cup with his spectacular showing in his side's friendly against Cote d'Ivoire.

Dzeko was in good form over the weekend, firing in two goals to power Bosnia to a 2-1 victory over Ivory Coast.

Bosnia-Herzegovina has been grouped alongside Nigeria,Argentina and Iran in group F of the World Cup.

It appears like it would be a straightforward fight between Bosnia and Nigeria over which country will be finish in second position behind Argentina.

Bosnia played Ivory Coast as one of their warm-up matches for the World Cup,hoping to have a feel of how the Nigerians would set up.

The Europeans defeated the Africans, with Dzeko netting in the 17th and 53rd minute while veteran Ivorian,Didier Drogba scored his side's only goal in stoppage time.

In Dzeko,Bosnia has their biggest star, and playing for a big European club like Manchester City he will be coming in with loads of experiences to spur his country in Brazil.

Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi would have to put his defenders on their toes so as to be able to stand up to the big man from Bosnia.
