A total of 2,873 delegates will participate in tomorrow’s All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship Primary Election in Edo state.
The APC National Organising Secretary, Senator Osita Isunazo, who released the figures, yesterday, during the inauguration of a seven-man election committee, said the Katsina State governor, Aminu Bello Masari, will lead other officials of the party to conduct the primaries tomorrow.
He said the three man election Appeal committee will be led by a former member of the House of Representatives, Opeyemi Bamidele.
Senator Isunazo, who handed over the guidelines for the primary election and the delegates’ list to Governor Masari, said the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had given an assurance to attend the primary scheduled to hold in Benin City.
