The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has summoned former Minister of Aviation and Anambra-North Senator, Stella Oduah, for questioning.
According to a statement issued in Abuja by EFCC’s spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren, Stella Oduah was invited to explain her role in the procurement of two bullet-proof BMW vehicles for N255m while she was minister.
The senator's attempt to prevent her arrest had suffered a setback when her application was dismissed by a Federal High Court in Abuja.
EFCC also announced that it has detained a former Minister of State for FCT, Jumoke Akinjide, who was accused of money laundering.
