The Lagos state government on Thursday began sale of Lake Rice to the public at a subsidized rate.
A 50kg bag of the rice was sold for N12,000, 25kg for N6,000 and 10kg for N2500.
The sale is taking place at designated centres as announced for the forthcoming Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
