Ekiti State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has hinted that it might retaliate the alleged persistent siege on its members by suspected Labour Party thugs.
At a press conference in Ado Ekiti yesterday, the party’s State Chairman, Chief Jide Awe, alleged that members’ property worth several millions of Naira belonging to APC have been destroyed by the LP members during attacks launched on the party in Ipole Iloro, Aramoko, Okemesi, Ikogosi and Erinjiyan Ekiti, all in Ekiti West Local Government Area of the state.
He disclosed that the party was compiling the litany of attacks it has suffered in the hands of the LP in recent time with the intention to write a petition to the State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Felix Uyana, for necessary actions.
