The Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, has described the former Ekiti caucus leader in the House of Representatives, Opeyemi Bamidele, as a huge disappointment for failing to discharge his duties in that capacity before he resigned.
Mr. Bamidele recently resigned as the leader of the caucus though the governor said he was eased out by his colleagues. He has since been replaced with Robinson Ajiboye.
Both Messrs Fayemi and Bamidele became sworn political enemies following the insistence of the latter to contest the 2015 governorship election in the state under the All Progressives Congress, APC, same party as the governor.
